Michael is a co-founder and Group CFO/COO of Valentis.

Michael leads the corporate and finance functions across the Valentis Group.

Michael has helped establish a number of the Valentis partnerships and joint ventures that now enable Valentis to provide international standard turn-key mineral exploration services. Michael is responsible for the corporate governance, risk and financial management of the various Valentis business divisions.

Michael’s previous experience was as an Associate Director of KordaMentha, a leading Australian corporate advisory firm.  This included projects across the resources, infrastructure and PPP sectors.

Michael is also a co-founder and board member of the Australia-Myanmar Chamber of Commerce. He has been instrumental in developing AustCham Myanmar’s key initiatives including the Australian Extractive Industries delegation to Myanmar, Skills Development Programs and Women in Business Leadership Forum.
