I hereby apply for membership of Australia-Myanmar Chamber of Commerce Limited (Chamber). I acknowledge that the Chamber may, in its absolute discretion, refuse my application for membership. In the event of my admission as a member, I agree to be bound by the Constitution and the rules, regulations, by-laws and procedural policies of the Chamber as varied from time to time. I confirm that the information provided by me in this form is in all respects correct and complete to the best of my knowledge and belief and I consent to it being used by the Chamber in considering my membership application.
